- Select the Blog type of your expertise - Select what type of blogging site you want, I recommend you to choose your favorite subject or topic like Web development, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Testing, etc. Like I have selected Web Development, I post blogs about Javascript, ReactJS, Development tips, frameworks, etc.
- Find Good Domain Name - This is the first step in starting a blog. The domain name should be easy to remember, it should be related to your niche/blog type so when the user sees link on google search then he should click on your blog link.
- Buy Domain Name and Hosting - After deciding domain name next step is to buy and host the website. - Do SEO Work - SEO Takes time to rank the website You should just focus on creating content and Do basic SEO. Install the Yoast SEO Plugin in WordPress It handles SEO Work.
- Keep Posting And Optimize Blog - Create new and unique content every week. And those blogs perform on top 20 try to optimize them to bring in top 3.

So for this, you can develop software for a mobile app for it that can do this task and you can also publish it for others. This is just an example for the finance domain you have to think what are the repetitive task you need to do or other people are facing the problem for it. You can earn extra money by placing ads or charging fees for your service.
5. Take side projects of your expertise
If you want instant money by completing your project then you can take side projects from people who need it. You can complete this project after coming from your job or at weekends.
Take small projects which can be completed on time. If you have coding skills then ask people in your contact or small business owner who has to develop an App or Website for their business which will bring extra income to you.
If you don't have coding skills then you can provide service of your expertise. or learn programming language.

This is a great source of extra income, blogging may take time to bring money for you but on the video tutorial, you can earn more money instantly (on Udemy).
Create an advanced course in simple language which can understand easily so people will recommend it to their friends.
Now Youtube is 2nd most used search engine and the number of students on Udemy growing exponentially. So you can publish a tutorial there to bring extra income.

This is also a good source of extra income. Pick good stock or mutual fund which pays good dividends. If you are willing to take a risk and want more returns then prefer investing in stocks, otherwise invest in mutual funds, index funds, and FD. And remember one thing invest in the long term. If you invest in the long term then compounding works.
